A profound love for the sea combined with sustainable choices to respect the environment. 

In an effort to protect marine ecosystems and combat plastic pollution in the Bay of Biscay, Batela, a brand from the world of fashion and decoration, decided to join Gravity Wave and the movement #plasticfreeoceans to help clean up plastic waste and remains of fishing nets in the harbours of the Bay.

The goal is to collect by the end of the year more than one tonne of plastic from discarded fishing nets in order to fight pollution and safeguard the ecosystems.
