Alluflon is an international manufacturing group with offices in Italy and Germany that, while producing in highly specialised and automated factories, makes products that retain the charm of Italian craftsmanship.

"We invest almost 2% of our total turnover each year in R&D to create new product and process solutions. Research areas cover every characteristic of cookware: from design to packaging, from functionality to ergonomics. We currently have more than 30 patents and dozens of registered design models. 

The leitmotif of the entire production is the constant search for innovative materials and new-generation coatings with a focus on sustainability.

100% recycled aluminium: "The careful selection of raw materials is a valuable asset in the fight against waste and pollution and in offering products that are good for consumers and the environment. The body of many cookware series is made using only recycled food-grade aluminium alloys from cans, suitable for contact with food. 100% recycled aluminium is hygienically safe, durable and usable in infinite ways due to its property as a permanent material that does not wear out and does not lose any of its main characteristics. Obtaining aluminium from raw materials is energy-intensive, while using recycled aluminium reduces the environmental impact associated with bauxite mining and processing.

Sustainable handles: "Our commitment to caring for the environment focuses on all production processes and cookware components in order to bring to the market a product that is as sustainable as possible and resulting from a virtuous circular economy cycle.

As of 2021, the majority of our handles are made of sustainable bakelite and designed with TWIN BLOCK® double fastening to achieve ergonomic, safe, robust and durable products to reduce environmental impact.

Sustainable packaging: "The impact of plastic on the environment and consequently on human health is devastating: plastics have permeated the ecosystem, contaminating the seas and the air we breathe.

We respond to this emergency by reducing plastic in packaging and by using 100% recycled FSC®-certified cardboard, the label that identifies products made of paper materials from recycled or FSC®-certified forests. Cardboard packaging is the most sustainable, biodegradable and recyclable packaging in existence'.
