











How shops and e-commerce contribute to the growth of the brand. Interview with Andrea Toscano, Marketing Director of IVV in Milan Home 2025
What new products are you did you present at this edition of Milano Home?
This edition of Milano Home was our showcase for a new line of silvered glass products, which combine brilliance and attractive colors, enhancing the characteristic textures of our production. We presented also our new collections of colored glasses, always a hallmark of our offerings, and goblets for wine tasting as well as for spirits and cocktails. Additionally, regarding table glassware, we expanded the range of our most appreciated collections, introducing new colors and some multifunctional plates, dedicated to both domestic tables and the restaurant industry. For decorative glass, we brought to Milan for the first time a collection of vases born from the reinterpretation of iconic projects that have significantly marked IVV's history, now offered in a range of bright, inviting, and extremely contemporary colors.
What are the values and characteristics that distinguish your products?
With iconic blown glass products for the table and home decor, which have often anticipated trends and fashions, the IVV brand has always carried originality and uniqueness, combining the skills of our internal design team with collaborations with internationally renowned designers. IVV has never ceased to express its personal creativity, establishing itself among the European leaders in blown and handmade glass production, and making the most of the skills of its master glassmakers to enhance the quality of its products: from the transparency and brilliance of its glass to the color of the glasses given in the mass (so important for the health of users and durability over time, both in domestic and restaurant settings).
What is your relationship with retail stores or e-commerce, how important are they, and what is the added value for retailers to have your brand in their store?
The retail world has always been a very important sales channel for us, and indeed, our products are present in many home goods stores, both in Italy and abroad. In recent years, there has also been a significant spread of online stores, but the transparency of the glass, the brilliance of the colors, the three-dimensionality of the textures, and the other characteristics of our products are much more appreciable in person. Additionally, the story and advice that a professional can convey represent a very important added value for the final customer, both for personal purchases and for gift items.
