Elisabetta Bagaccin

“MILANO HOME? An event that I would call a real enthusiasm-generator”

Name: Elisabetta

Surname: Bagaccin

What I do

I am a sales agent, but I like to call myself a sales consultant (and sometimes a confessor)

Years of experience in the industry

32 (since 1991)

Main talent

As William Shakespeare wrote, “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.” If I had to identify my best talent, I would say it is optimism: seeing the glass half full makes all the difference in the world!

Empathy and the ability to listen corroborate and support this talent of mine.

Territories I represent and explore for work

Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige

Kilometres travelled annually

Approximately 30,000

The most beautiful thing I have seen in a shop

Definitely passion, which translates into love for one's work and, consequently, into customer care and satisfaction.

Have the outlets changed over the years? And if so, how

The spread of large-scale retail and the advent of the Internet and social media have, on the one hand, given consumers a much wider choice but, on the other hand, have depersonalised and standardised the shopping experience.

The shops that have understood this have created products that combine constant product research, originality and quality, complementary assortment, customised environments, solutions, and services.

Advice for shops that want to continue to grow

Don't stop, innovate, be open to new things and willing to question the status quo; “we always did it this way” is a way of saying that no longer works!

Why not miss MILANO HOME

I would call MILANO HOME a real enthusiasm generator. A mix of strategies, solutions, ideas, dialogue, and training, tailored to the real needs of the retail world.
