What new products did you present at this edition of Milano Home?
Products, materials, trending colors, and if there is a flagship collection. At Milano Home this year, among various new products, we presented the new Storm collection, dedicated to the kitchen and table, born from the collaboration with artist Ivan Tresoldi. This collection combines the rationality of design with the depth of meaning. The series consists of utensils whose surfaces, characterized by a substantial purity that enhances the beauty of aluminum in all its simplicity, serve as a silent canvas for a written message. It is in the act of turning the object over that the true essence of this collection is revealed: an engraved poem, hidden like a secret. Each product thus becomes a dialogue between tangible form and invisible content, between daily practicality and the deep reflection that the object carries with it.
What are the values and characteristics that distinguish your products?
Passion for the project, quality, and attention to detail combined with high technology. Our great industrial capacity is put at the service of creativity to create a rich collection of high-quality tools that professionally fulfill their role in food preparation, thanks to direct experience gained from observing and dialoguing with renowned chefs, professionals, and ordinary people who have shared their way of living the kitchen, their modus operandi, and their way of moving in the space. knIndustrie works with some of the most important and recognized international designers such as Piero Lissoni, Rodolfo Dordoni, and Massimo Castagna. The goal is to create products where high technology, functionality, and distinctive design coexist. Each kn object tells a unique story, rich in passion, with the aim of simplifying daily gestures in an elegant and more functional way.
What are the table trends for 2025?
For 2025, table trends will be characterized by a return to authenticity, an increasing focus on sustainability, and the integration of functionality and aesthetics. I believe that the approach to food presentation and the dining experience will evolve towards a new concept of conviviality based on practicality, but with a touch of elegance. Simple yet elegant design that simplifies the daily use of utensils and creates a unique convivial experience. Natural and innovative materials, eco-friendly and customizable products, as well as an increasing focus on technology that enriches the experience without weighing it down, will be central.
What are the strengths of your brand and what distinguishes it?
The idea behind knIndustrie products is immediate: to simplify the user experience of kitchen utensils and food presentation at the table. Thus, at the table, knIndustrie products become the center of conviviality, protagonists of every experience dedicated to the presentation and enjoyment of food, where the functional element of the kitchen elegantly enters the "table space," serving the guests.
